The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals for client-supplied materials. Any warranties, indemnification obligations, or liabilities relating to those materials are governed by the applicable proposal or signed service agreement.

Brand Names and Trademark Clearance

Boston Graphic Design Studio LLC may provide brand naming, domain guidance, logo design, and related creative services. Unless expressly included in writing, these services do not include formal trademark searches, trademark clearance, legal opinions, or legal advice.Clients are responsible for confirming the legal availability of a business name, product name, service name, tagline, logo, or other brand element before registration, publication, launch, or commercial use. Clients should consult a qualified trademark attorney before investing in or registering a selected name or visual mark.

Ownership of Client Deliverables

Ownership or licensing rights to approved final deliverables are transferred to the client only after all related project invoices have been paid in full and as specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Boston Graphic Design Studio LLC retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, drafts, working files, editable source files, design methods, and materials not included in the approved final deliverables.

Third-party materials—including fonts, stock images, software, templates, plugins, and licensed assets—remain subject to their original licensing terms and are not transferred beyond the rights permitted by those licenses.

Boston Graphic Design Studio LLC retains the right to display approved final work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, award submissions, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prohibited Uses

Materials displayed on this website may not be:

  • Added to design, artwork, template, or gallery collections
