Let’s Talk About Your Project

Before you book: Discovery calls are reserved for prospective client projects. You’ll be asked a few questions about your project, timeline, and estimated budget when scheduling.

What Happens During the Discovery Call

We’ll talk about your business, what has changed, and what the project needs to accomplish.

I’ll ask questions about the priorities behind the work, the people you need to reach, and any practical considerations around scope, timing, budget, or decision-making.

I’ll also explain my approach, what the process typically involves, and what working together would look like.

By the end of the call, we should both understand whether the project makes sense to move forward and what the next step would be.

Hi, I’m Priya, founder and creative director of Boston Graphic Design Studio. I work directly with clients from the first conversation through strategy and design, so the person you speak with on this call is the same person leading the work.

Questions Before You Book

  • Yes. The introductory discovery call is complimentary and there is no obligation to move forward.

  • Most discovery calls take around 20 minutes, with up to 30 minutes reserved if needed.

  • Come prepared to share a brief overview of your business, what prompted the project, your preferred timeline, approximate investment range, and any questions you have.

  • If the project makes sense to move forward, I’ll follow up with the recommended next step. This may include a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, investment, and project terms.
